RETURNS

If your purchase isn't quite right you have 60 days from the date you received your order to start a return.

Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached and within undamaged, original packaging with all items included. Returns that do not meet our policy may be partially refunded up to 50% of the item value.

Defective Products

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged or develop an operating fault within 30 days. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through your BKHOUTLET.COM account and send the faulty goods back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Receiving a Refund

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 60 days. Returns outside of these time frames may only be accepted at the discretion of BKHOUTLET.COM and may only be refunded as store credit.
