Unfortunately we do not accept telephone or fax orders at this time.

5. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items which are visible on the site are in stock unless stated otherwise on the product listing page.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. Orders are not considered accepted by us until we send you an e-mail notifying you the items have been dispatched to you. In the unlikely event that any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed and your payment for those item(s) will not be processed.

9. Will my credit card be charged at the time of placing my order online?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email which you can use on the specified courier's website to track your order.

11. How much are shipping costs and where do you ship to?

Shipping is free for all orders within the UK and Europe and you can expedite your order by upgrading your shipping option at checkout. We do not currently ship to other locations at this time.

12. Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been accepted we cannot ship to an alternative address. Please ensure you supply a suitable shipping address when placing your order with

Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver to a PO Box address.

14. Will I have to sign for my order upon delivery?

Yes. We require proof of delivery and you will have to sign to confirm receipt of your order.

It is not always possible to add items to an existing order. Contact us on and we will do what we can to add to your order. Please be aware that this may not always be possible if your order has already been dispatched.
